Why each line is there
- Personal compliment about their store — proves we looked
- Specific number "3 merchants" — implies selectivity, raises status
- "Free; stop any time" — neutralises the cost concern
- 30 min, not 60 — lower commitment cost
- Calendly link — removes scheduling back-and-forth
What NOT to do
- Don't say "free trial" — implies paid product later, raises a flag
- Don't say "AI bot" — too generic, sounds like a thousand failed ChatBoss / Chatfuel pitches
- Don't lead with the dashboard / demo — they'll dismiss it sight-unseen
- Don't promise "save X hours" before you know their volume
