  • Specific number "3 merchants" — implies selectivity, raises status
  • "Free; stop any time" — neutralises the cost concern
  • 30 min, not 60 — lower commitment cost
  • Calendly link — removes scheduling back-and-forth

What NOT to do

  • Don't say "free trial" — implies paid product later, raises a flag
  • Don't say "AI bot" — too generic, sounds like a thousand failed ChatBoss / Chatfuel pitches
  • Don't lead with the dashboard / demo — they'll dismiss it sight-unseen
  • Don't promise "save X hours" before you know their volume
