Refund Policy

1. Free trial
You get 14 days free when you sign up. No card required.
If you don't add a payment method by day 14, the Service stops automatically. You won't be charged.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly fees are charged in advance on the billing date each month.
- Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@jobab.com
- Service continues until the end of the paid month
- No refund for the partial month you used
- No future months will be charged
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual fees are charged in advance, on a 12-month cycle. Annual plans get a discount vs paying monthly.
- First 30 days: full pro-rata refund available. Cancel, get back
(365 - days used) / 365 × annual price. - After 30 days: no refund, but the Service continues until the paid year ends.
- You can choose to auto-renew or not on your account page.
4. Refunds for Service problems
We will refund the affected period if:
- Service was down for more than 12 consecutive hours (excluding planned maintenance announced 48h+ in advance)
- A bug caused customer-facing harm (e.g. AI sent the wrong customer's order to someone else)
- You couldn't use the integration because of an issue on our side (not Meta's side)
Email hello@jobab.com with the affected dates and we'll process within 5 business days.
5. Refunds NOT covered
We do not refund for:
- Customer behaviour — if a customer didn't buy something the AI recommended, that's normal sales conversion, not a service failure
- Meta policy changes — if Meta changes API rules and an automation stops working, we'll migrate as fast as possible but we can't refund the time it takes
- Your decision to disconnect a page mid-billing-cycle on a monthly plan
- WhatsApp message charges — these are Meta's costs passed through; once Meta delivers the message we can't claw it back
6. WhatsApp template fees
Separate from your subscription. These are usage-based, billed to your account in arrears.
- Service messages (inside 24h customer window): free
- Utility / marketing / authentication templates (outside 24h): billed per Meta's rates + a 10% administration fee
If you dispute a template charge, email hello@jobab.com within 30 days of the invoice. We'll investigate and refund if our records show an error.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@jobab.com with:
- Your account email
- The billing date(s) you're disputing
- A brief explanation
We aim to respond within 2 business days and process valid refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
For bKash refunds: please allow up to 7 business days as bKash settlements can be slower than card refunds.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending review. We almost always prefer to resolve disputes directly — it's faster for you and keeps your account in good standing.
