Pilot Participation Agreement

What you (the merchant) agree to

1. Connect your Facebook Page to Jobab for 4 weeks.
2. Let Jobab read incoming customer DMs and reply on your behalf when in bot mode. You can take over any conversation at any time.
3. Spend ~15 minutes a day in WhatsApp check-ins with our team.
4. Let us record a 30-minute screen-share at the end of week 2 and week 4.
5. Let us use anonymised copies of customer conversations to improve the AI's Bangla quality (the eval set). Customer phone numbers and names will be hashed before storage.

What we (Jobab) agree to

1. The pilot is free. No payment will be requested before week 5, and only if you've explicitly agreed in writing.
2. We will not contact your customers directly. Every customer-facing message goes through the AI or you.
3. You can pause Jobab at any time with one tap in the dashboard.
4. You can end the pilot at any time with no notice.
5. If you end the pilot, we will delete your data within 30 days unless you tell us otherwise.
6. We will not share your business data, conversation contents, or customer information with any third party except the LLM providers strictly necessary to operate the service (Groq, Jina).
7. We provide a daily Bangla/English summary of how Jobab performed for you, including any AI mistakes we caught.

Customer-facing disclosure

By default, Jobab does not identify itself as an AI in customer messages. You can toggle this in Settings → AI instructions. We recommend keeping a discreet disclosure ("This shop uses an AI assistant for faster replies") in your Page bio.

Data deletion

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing delete@jobab.com or via the dashboard. We honor the request within 14 days.
